Analysis of the current state of the construction industry of the Sakhalin region, problems and ways of its development

The construction is of the key branches of economics. The increased interest in the construction industry is due, among other things, to climatic conditions of the Sakhalin region since construction is also designed to improve man's living conditions. This article is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the construction industry in the Sakhalin region. During the study of the economic situation of the industry, such indicators as the dynamics of the number of construction organizations, the dynamics of the volume of construction works, including construction projects for various purposes, were studied. Besides, the factors limiting activity of Sakhalin construction organizations and prospects of development of this branch of economy were revealed.
