Analysis of the modern condition of housing and communal economy in Russia

This article analyzes the current state of enterprises in the housing and utilities sector of the Russian Federation. On this basis, priority development paths were identified that would improve the efficiency of enterprises in the housing and utilities sector and reduce tensions among the population in the matter of paying for housing and communal services, as well as improve their quality in modern conditions.
