The analysis of current trends in the funding of Russian banking system

The purpose of this article is to detail the mechanisms of Bank funding in the current macroe-conomic environment, as well as identifying characteristics and trends of formation of resource base of the banking sector. Analyze the structure of borrowing from the international capital markets in liabilities of the banking system of the Russian Federation, which is especially important in conditions of closure of the international capital market. Revealed the dependence of sustainable development of the banking system from the resource structure of the banking system. A special place is given to a new instrument - individual investment accounts.
