Counteracting phenomena arise mainly from active phenomena. They always accompany active phenomena, regardless of their magnitude. As the active phenomena change, the counteracting phenomena also change. The relative values of their quantities are always equal to each other. Large counteracting phenomena can also be obtained from relatively small acting phenomena if they are superimposed on each other, summed up, at short intervals of time. Under normal terrestrial conditions, obtaining counteracting phenomena in this way is difficult and, moreover, dangerous due to the powerful negative impacts on the environment. Situations and the occurrence of counteracting phenomena of significant magnitude under normal conditions are determined by a number of factors. First of all, due to the environment, its features, ensuring its stable condition.
