The article analyses dynamics in the demand and supply on the Russian labour market on the whole and by types of economic activity, impact of the wages in different economy sectors on the employment dynamics. It considers specifics of the Russian labour market as an economic subject, main sources of the labour supply formation in the perspective, the ways to raising efficiency of the labour resources use.
