Analysis of the average monthly nominal salary: a regional aspect

The study of the average monthly nominal accrued wages of employees of organizations is an important tool for analyzing the socio-economic situation in the region and assessing the standard of living of the population. Knowledge of the methodology for calculating this indicator helps to more accurately determine its value and identify trends in wages in various sectors of the economy. The data obtained can be used to develop measures to improve the working conditions of employees and improve the welfare of the population, as well as to determine the effectiveness of the current wage system in the Southern Federal District. The analysis of wage data for recent years and the identification of key factors affecting its level is presented, the methodology for calculating average wages, taking into account differences between sectors of the economy and regions, is considered.
