This article presents the results of a survey of young swimmers with the defeat of support-musculoskeletal system for operational control rated during training. Specific features of adaptation of the cardiovascular system and regulatory mechanisms to training loading. Showing links limiting the system to achieve optimal training effect in order to correct and optimize the training process.
