Analysis of specialized education formation in Russia

The article gives a brief review of the historical experience of the specialized training system development in Russia. The educational system is a developing and evolving phenomenon. The origins of the continuing specialized education formation go back to the historical past and are an invaluable background which cannot be ignored in the period of modernization of the contemporary secondary school.
