Article is devoted to the innovative potential of personnel at the enterprise. In article the structure of personnel, a personnel management system, formation of innovative potential of personnel are considered. Also the analysis of structure of personnel and its innovative potential on the example of JSC BELZAN was carried out, methods, actions for motivation of personnel are given.
