Analysis of the structure on the regional housing market (on the example of the kaliningrad region)

The article examines the residential real estate market and its subjects. In order to solve a number of significant problems, it is proposed to create a general classification of residential real estate, as one of the main conditions for identifying the structure of the regional residential real estate market. This classification will help solve the problems facing developers and bodies that regulate the residential real estate market by creating a list of general requirements for residential real estate, as well as indicate and predict the direction of development of the residential real estate market at the federal and regional levels.
