Analysis of the structure of the incidence of pancreatic necrosis in pregnant women of the Udmurt Republic for 2012-2014

This article examines the characteristics of the etiology and course of acute destructive pancreatitis in women in the third trimester of pregnancy. The study revealed that seventeen patients (81 %) with pancreatic necrosis was discharged in satisfactory condition with the recovery for further outpatient care and rehabilitation, including pregnant women, four patients (19%) died from multiple organ failure.
