Analysis of judicial and investigative practice of bringing heads of management companies to criminal liability in the sphere of housing and utility services

This article is devoted to crimes committed by managers of housing and communal services companies and bringing such persons to criminal responsibility. Particular attention is paid directly to one of the largest areas of housing and communal services, namely, the activities of management companies and their managers in the management, operation and proper maintenance of apartment buildings and their adjoining territories.
