Analysis of judicial practice in cases of compensation for moral damage

This article considers cases provided for by law when the court may impose on the violator the obligation of monetary compensation for moral damage. This paper provides examples of court decisions in cases of recovery of compensation for moral damage. The problem of determining the degree of guilt of the violator, as well as the degree of physical and moral suffering associated with the individual characteristics of a citizen who has been harmed, is considered.
