Analysis of judicial practice to challenge the cadastral value

The author examines the practice of arbitration courts to challenge the value of the land value based on the legal position of the Presidium of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation (RF), as reflected in the decision of 28 June 2011 № 913/11, have significantly changed the relevant jurisprudence, in particular, provide an opportunity cadastral value change almost on a constant basis. Examined eight judgments in various regions of Russia, analyzed different interpretations by courts of arbitration legal position specified in the decree № 913/11.
