Analysis of judicial statistics to ensure the reputation security of a legal person (on the example of the Irkutsk region)

The article is devoted to the actual issue of legal maintenance of reputation security of a legal entity. Based on the data of the judicial statistics of the Irkutsk Arbitration Court, the practice of civil-law protection of the business reputation and trademark of a commercial organization - the main attributes of a positive image (reputation) of a legal entity is analyzed.
