The analysis of the technical condition of the worn-out block of hydraulic pump plungers

Abstact. Currently, hydraulic equipment from various manufacturers is installed in agricultural machinery, such as Danfoss, Bosch Rexroth, Hydromatik, Eaton, Edbro, Hagglunds, Hitachi, Hydroflex, Hydraulics. Danfoss manufactures many devices, for example, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, air conditioners, valves, distributors, control equipment, hydraulic power cylinders, etc. The hydraulic devices of this company are installed on tractors and agricultural machinery of the Rostselmash group of companies and tractors of the group of companies Kirovsky Zavod. This paper presents an analysis of the technical condition of a worn plunger block of a Danfoss FR-L-090C hydraulic pump. Analysis of the technical condition of the plunger block has consisted of conducting micrometer studies and assessing the condition of the working surfaces. The measurements have been carried out using an indicator bore gauge NI 18 - 35 0.002 ChIZ. The condition of the worn-out working surfaces has been assessed using a magnifying glass. Each cylinder of the plunger body have been measured along three belts in two mutually perpendicular directions. In this case, the working surfaces of the body have been previously degreased. Based on the results of processing the wear data, the average size of the holes in the plunger body has determined, and the average wear per side was calculated. By assessing the condition of the working surface, it has been found that some areas have traces of fretting wear.
