Analysis of the current product groups of the company "X" and assessment of the feasibility of initiatives to change the assortment

The current realities have created empty niches in the market of household goods and repairs - after IKEA left the Russian market, the company "X" began to introduce products from many categories that were previously presented in the departed retailer. The survey conducted and the use of open tools for analysis helped to identify the most popular product groups among the buyers of the company "X", as well as to investigate the hypothesis of dissatisfaction with consumer requests about its current assortment. An ABC analysis of the assortment of the company "X" was carried out, on the basis of which certain actions of relative product categories were recommended. Based on the results obtained in the study, five key recommendations were given for the development of the company's product categories.
