Analysis of trends and prospects of tourism development in Armenia

The structural changes in the country and society development, the deep sys-temic crisis the Republic of Armenia has to face lead to the necessity of mapping out the regional development compre-hensive strategy, on the one hand, and of growth benchmarking in specific regions, on the other hand. In this respect tourism is becoming an efficient lever of the social and economic development without which the national economy recovery and living standards increase are impossible
