Analysis of trends in the development of entrepreneurial ecosystems

The development of the modern economy is based on the formation of entrepreneurial ecosystems. The purpose of the study is to analyze the essence of the category of entrepreneurial ecosystem and identify trends in their development. An analysis of various approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "business ecosystem" showed that modern entrepreneurial ecosystems represent a complex system of interaction between participants and recipients of value determined by both institutional and economic conditions; it was revealed that startups form the basis of business ecosystems. Based on the analysis of statistical data, priority areas for the development of startups and the narrowing of the global startup market were identified, which indicates the need to intensify state economic policy to support ecosystem business.
