Analysis of transport security of the Far Eastern federal district

This article examines the issue of transport security of the Far Eastern Federal District, which is significant for the national economy of the Russian Federation due to the fact that this territory has common borders with other countries. Foreign economic relations presuppose the existence of well-established export and import channels, the implementation of which also requires transport infrastructure. Also, the availability of transport routes reflects the existence of a comfortable life of the population, therefore, the article considers the transport security of the Far Eastern Federal Region as a whole, as well as the subjects that are part of it. The purpose of the study is to analyze the transport security of the Far Eastern Federal Region by analyzing and evaluating a system of indicators reflecting the state and quality of transport provision to the population of the region.
