The analysis of transport costs in the system of state procurement of Krasnoyarsk region

The public procurement system is one of the main sources of marketing for enterprises' products. The presence of stable sales channels is one of necessary conditions for effective existence of enterprises. It is especially actual for the enterprises in agrarian and industrial sector, characterized by a relatively low profitability of sales. Consequently, the issue of optimizing transport costs, which, according to the analysis performed, differs from2.03 to 15.14 % of the purchase price of products, is relevant. It entails the need for a comprehensive analysis of transport costs in Krasnoyarsk Territory, characterized by large distances between suppliers and consumers of products. In the research the data of the analysis of transport costs in the system of public procurement of enterprises in agrarian and industrial sector of Krasnoyarsk Territory, on the example of dairy products of 2019 were presented. The analysis showed the disposition of key players in the public procurement system, which made it possible to identify the key areas of existing transport and warehouse communications. The use of ABC analysis made it possible to identify 26 key suppliers of food products located in Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Republic of Khakassia, Irkutsk and Kemerovo Regions. A significant proportion of suppliers related to the intermediary sphere was noted. The largest municipal consumers of food products (44 organizations) were similarly allocated, mainly relating to social sphere, health care and education. Based on the established volumes of supplies in key areas, the need to consolidate the supplies through the creation of logistics centers optimizing the transport costs of the enterprises involved was substantiated, so as the inclusion of logistics costs in the cost of contracts for the supply of products.
