Analysis of currency control carried out by the customs authorities of the Russian Federation, as part of the economic security of the state

The means of ensuring economic security is currency regulation and currency control. Currency control, carried out by customs authorities within their competence, currently solves the tasks of preventing the outflow of foreign currency funds from the country when carrying out foreign economic activities by subjects of currency relations. The article analyzes currency control, considers the measures taken against violators of currency legislation, as well as measures to prevent them.
