Analysis of the influence of humus metal derivatives on the excretory function of the kidneys

Pharmacotherapy is a universal method for the treatment of various diseases. Diuretics are medications used in the vast majority of medical fields. The search of drugs with diuretic action, is an urgent task of modern pharmacology.Natural mud containing humic substances peloids seems to be beneficial due to diuretic effect. The aim of the present study was to analyze the influence of manganese and zinc derived from humus acids on excretory function of the kidneys. To study the diuretic activity of the pilot funds were injected subcutaneously in doses of 0,05 mg/kg and 0,1 mg/kg on the background of the water load in the amount of 3% of body weight of animal 24 h experimental period. As a result, it was revealed that humus derivatives of manganese and zinc at the mentioned above doses have a diuretical, saluretical and creatininuretical activity of varying severity.
