Analysis of the impact of online technologies on accounting in small businesses

This scientific paper is devoted to the study of the expediency and profitability of using the Contour service.Accounting in the business activities of LLC “ABRIS”. In conditions of fierce competition and constant innovations in tax legislation, small and medium-sized enterprises are in urgent need of modernizing accounting. The work compares the Contour service.Accounting with classic 1C type systems, emphasizing the benefits of saving resources and increasing the productivity of the accounting service. Automation of standard functions, such as processing primary documentation and preparing reports, frees up time reserves for performing analytical and strategic tasks. The study’s empirical findings demonstrate that the implementation of a cloud-based solution not only reduces accounting costs but also significantly improves cash flow management, positively impacting a company’s competitive position.
