Stress-strain state of 25-storeyed residential building without account and taking into account cracks in grillages is investigated. The numerical model of design allowing to determine settling level deposit in grillages is developed. The mathematical problem definition about deformation of the building taking into account the soil basis is made and numerical research of influence of cracks in grillages on building settling is realized. The comparative analysis of stress-strain state of construction is made.
