Analysis of the internal structure of the bus station and modeling of business processes IDEF0

The article describes the use of IDEF0 notation in the process of modeling bus station business processes. The authors explore the problems that arise when passengers buy a ticket at a bus station, and propose methods and tools for optimizing processes through the implementation of an information system.
