Analysis of water treatment for electroplating production using filter units

The topic of the work is relevant, since the quality of the water used for washing the parts depends on the quality of the coatings and the efficiency of the electrolytes. The water must be epidemiologically safe and chemically inert to the coating. Water categories and methods of water purification for electroplating processes are analyzed; a filter plant for electroplating is selected; the parameters and performance of a filter plant for de-ironizing water with aeration are calculated.
