The article is devoted to the analysis of the emergence of federal valuation standards in the Russian Federation. The article discusses the possibilities of applying federal valuation standards at the present stage in Russian practice, and also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the updated valuation standards. The relevance of the chosen topic is confirmed by the fact that valuation services must be provided with the highest quality, for this it is necessary to have reliable market data, take into account current trends in the real estate market, and also understand and interpret new legal requirements. With the development of activities in the field of real estate valuation at the present stage, there is a need for research and development. Nowadays, there is a tendency to seek the help of professional appraisers in order to evaluate your real estate for making credible transactions in the real estate market. To do this, appraisers need to have up-to-date information about changes and updates in federal appraisal standards. Appraisers are endowed with extensive experience in this area and are able to determine the value of real estate through careful analysis and study of the history of previous transactions. Valuation activities are carried out in accordance with international treaties of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 135 and regulatory legal acts regulating relations arising in the course of valuation activities.
