Analysis of the emergence of federal evaluation standards and their advantages and disadvantages at the present stage

The article is devoted to the analysis of the emergence of federal valuation standards in the Russian Federation. The article discusses the possibilities of applying federal valuation standards at the present stage in Russian practice, and also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the updated valuation standards.
