One of the indicators of power supply reliability is recovery time, which often determines the amount of damage from interruptions in power supply. But this time does not take into account the component of the idle time of electrical equipment used in agricultural technological processes after the restoration of power supply and is due to the fact that more than half of electric receivers involved in the technological processes of agricultural enterprises are switched on through magnetic starters that turn off when power is lost even for fractions of a second. Running them back into work takes time. In addition, computerized technological processes, processes, which use microprocessor equipment, require time for switching on the equipment and its preparation for work. Therefore, the question of determining the time required for the start-up of all electrical equipment after the restoration of electricity supply is urgent. The article presents the results of a study of the idle time of electrical equipment used in agricultural technological processes after the restoration of power supply, performed by the method of expert surveys.
