The key factors influencing the effectiveness of the depositor protection system are identified, along with recommendations for its improvement. The study is based on data on compensation payments, applied calculation methods, and fund distribution mechanisms. As a result, promising directions for the development of the deposit protection system have been identified, aimed at enhancing its stability and increasing depositor confidence.
