Analysis of interaction with stakeholders during the process of preparation and conduct of children’s sports competitions

The article discusses issues of stakeholder management using the example of organizing and conducting children's sports events. Problems of interaction with stakeholders is a relatively new area of project management, however, stakeholder analysis has repeatedly proven its importance in reducing the risks of project implementation. In this work, an analysis of the needs and interests of stakeholders is carried out using various models, which allows a more objective approach to the issues surrounding the project for organizing children's sports events. The graphical implementation of the considered models allows you to see the complexities and opportunities for interaction with stakeholders, which improves the quality of project implementation and increases the efficiency of decisions made. The paper offers recommendations for the use of graphical models of stakeholder management when organizing a children's football tournament.
