Analysis of the morbidity of the population of the south of the Tyumen region with malignant neoplasms of the urinary system

The analysis of the morbidity of the population of the south of the Tyumen region with malignant neoplasms of the urinary system was carried out. It has been shown that in 2023, tumors of this localization occupy a significant proportion in men, accounting for 28.9% of all malignant neoplasms. Prostate cancer prevailed in the incidence structure in men - 20.2%, kidney cancer - 6.7%, bladder cancer - 4.3%. In women, kidney malignancies accounted for 4.4%. In the early stages (stages I-II), it was revealed: prostate cancer - 71.16%, kidney - 74.55%, bladder - 78% (both sexes). Prostate cancer accounted for 5% of the death rate, and the one-year mortality rate was 2.56% for the prostate gland, 7.37% for the kidney, and 6.90% for the bladder.
