Analysis of law No. 373-FZ on integrated development of territories

The author analyzes the provisions of Law No. 373-FZ, in particular, examines the definition of the concept of «activities for integrated and sustainable development of the territory», the establishment of the boundaries of the territories of integrated development, the estimated indicators of the availability of various types of infrastructure within the territories of integrated development. Based on the results of the analysis, he draws conclusions that the law contains a large number of contradictions leading to the destruction of a number of legal institutions, in fact, the procedures for transforming built-up areas are virtually rejected.
