Analysis of legislation and regulations of the energy efficiency of buildings

The paper analyzes the regulatory framework for the thermal protection of buildings at present. Key points are considered. Special attention is paid to the lack of influence of the construction and installation works quality on energy efficiency of buildings in the standards of records keeping.
