On some questions of economy safety of work in developed countries

Research work is devoted to the analysis of foreign experience of safe working conditions economic stimulus. The object of the study is the system of management of safety in modern conditions in the Russian Federation and in developed countries, the economy of safe work, the improvement of the working environment and working process, forms of material incentives for labour protection of small and medium enterprises abroad. Research methods are research based on statistics, a systematic statistical analysis of real data and comparisons. Scientific novelty of this research is the analysis of international experience of stimulation of labor protection, the impact of managers on improving the working conditions of the employees and as a result - there is proved real economic interest of the employer in reducing the risk of accidents and occupational diseases. The article shows the results of research in the field of labor safety in developed countries, shows the data of economic damage in connection with accidents at work, paid attention on the real economic interest of the employer in reducing the risk of traumas and occupational disease.
