Analysis of foreign models of staff motivation

The article is devoted to the consideration and comparison of various foreign models of remuneration as a tool for staff motivation. The experience of countries with developed market economies is investigated. According to the results of the analysis, the most productive forms of remuneration which could be adapted to the conditions of the national labor market are identified.
