The location of nutrient foramina of the bones prepared regarding the arrangement of nutrient arteries has been studied to determine the safest zones for fixator application to the humerus. The lateral epicondyle, anatomical neck and the greater tubercle area have been found as the most vascularized zones of the humerus.
