The Anglo-Boer war and evolution of an image of England in the Russian public conscience

There were problems of the evolution of an image of England in Russian public conscience during the Anglo-Boer war 1899-1902. Analysis of the Russian periodicals of the beginning of 20 century shows that there is information that political and social processes influence greatly the process of an ethnic image forming and perception of the historical experience of some countries.
