Animation activities in modern cultural space

The article considers modern forms of animation activity in the cultural space as a tool for the social and personal development of the events’ participants. The role of animation in the commercial holiday agencies and state institutions of the Amur region as the Ministry of culture and national policy and regional youth affairs department is analyzed. Special attention is paid to the function of animation events as a way of increasing the social activity, develop creative potential and form skills of interaction in the group. The results of the analysis of current practices are presented and directions for the further development of animation activities in the context of socio-cultural management are suggested.
