Current issues of antibiotic resistance and problems of combined antibacterial therapy in pediatrics

The growing resistance of microorganisms to antibacterial drugs has become a huge problem for the world medical community today. The results of pharmacoepidemiological studies conducted in recent years show that the level of resistance of microorganisms to antibiotics has reached its peak and extends even to new drugs that have not yet found wide application in clinical practice. Lack of serious attention to this problem is fraught with not only medical, but also serious environmental consequences.
