Anti-dumping measures in the modern economy: trends and actual problems of application in Russia and abroad

The article discusses the application of anti-dumping measures in modern Russia, examines the essence of these measures, their impact on the economy and social processes in the state. The work describes various types of anti-dumping measures in the legislation of the Russian Federation. The trends in the application of anti-dumping measures in Russia and abroad are considered. The article notes that anti-dumping measures are similar for different states, however, the frequency of their application depends on the goals of foreign economic policy and the current economic situation. In general, protecting domestic producers from the adverse effects of dumping is an important task of the state.
