Anti-corruption standards of behavior of officials

Purpose: Research of questions of emergence and improvement of anti-corruption standards of behavior of officials. Methodology: Historical and legal and formally legal methods were used. Results: In article components of the anti-corruption standard of behavior of officials are considered, situations at which discussion of the defined subjects, statements of employees, offers and commission of specific actions can be perceived surrounding as the promise, consent or as a request for bribery are given. Novelty/originality/value: Article has a certain scientific value and the practical importance.
