Anti-corruption compliance as an important prerequisite for business development

The number of corruption-related crimes committed in the business sector is increasing every year. The legislation regulating legal relations in this area needs to be improved. One of the tasks of criminology is to develop effective methodological recommendations for preventing corruption in the business sector. This article addresses the issues of improving anti-corruption procedures. In particular, it is proposed to pay attention to the criminological provision of anticorruption compliance.
