Corruption is one of the most destructive phenomena in modern society, which threatens not only economic well-being, but also moral principles and values. It has a negative impact on all areas of society, from healthcare to politics, and leads to a deterioration in the quality of life of people. Corruption can manifest itself in various forms, from overt bribery to covert influence on decision-making. Its main features are illegal use of official position, commercial bribery, receiving and giving bribes, as well as other forms of abuse of power. In order to combat corruption, it is necessary to take comprehensive measures, including both legal and socio-economic measures aimed at creating a culture of legal behavior and ethics in society. The article analyzes the importance of the compliance control system - it allows you to identify and prevent corruption and fraudulent schemes that can be used by employees of an enterprise (organization).
