One of the basic tendencies of development of global economy in conditions of increase of intensity of change of conditions of life is the growth of meaning(importance) of intellectualization of management. The share of an intellectual product in ВВП of the advanced states steadily grows. The traditional system of education based on the maximal mastering socio-culture experience paradigm and focused on the standard, does not meet the requirements modern economy. Clause is devoted to bases new paradigm of education, which is aimed at development of intelligence of the person and society, preparation of the subjects of any level for manufacture of a competitive claimed intellectual product ensuring safety and efficiency of development of economy in conditions of objective growth is brave.
