Anti-crisis regional policy as a factor of sustainable development of regional enterprises

Бесплатный доступ

Regional policy assessment systems are a relatively studied and simple tool, for example, environmental and social assessment methods make it possible to form a comprehensive impact not only on the directions of regional policy themselves, but also indirectly affect the economies of the regions. While an assessment of sustainable regional policies appears to be a rational tool to make policy-making more informed, such an assessment has little impact on the underlying contradictions between economic and environmental objectives that escalate in times of crisis, as policy-making moves towards regional well-being rather than environmental conservation. In this case, the formation of a regional policy assessment in terms of overt goals, as well as how various types of impacts are ultimately weighted, is important. From this point of view, the choice of indicators for assessing the sustainable development of the region is of great importance for all regional policies, especially during a crisis.
