Anti-crisis management of industrial enterprise at different stages of its life cycle

The article deals with the essential content of crisis management as a system consisting of interrelated elements with specific content and principles of development. The necessity of improving the crisis management of industrial enterprises, taking into account the stages of its life cycle. On the basis of consideration of the evolution of the concept «life cycle of the organization» the author's classification of its modern stages in relation to industrial enterprises of the region is given. The methods of anti-crisis management of the industrial enterprise taking into account the stage of its life cycle are substantiated, the features of each of the methods are shown. Particular attention is paid to the process of commercialization of intellectual property through the use of venture capital funds, their specificity as a source of financing startups.
