Crisis communication in the regional industrial discourse

This research provides a case study of crisis communication based on two Omsk enterprises, “cheese scandal” and the explosion on the premises of the corporate group “Titan” are investigated. These cases have not been studied by public relations specialists yet, but they show how existing crisis management communication technologies work. In the research common principles of crisis communication are identified.
