Anti-recessionary approaches to the organization of territorial administration in the Russian Federation recessions

In article experience of domestic practice of the held anti-recessionary events in regions of the Russian Federation is considered, the main directions of regulation and stabilization of the Russian economy are analyzed: strengthening of social protection of the population, providing guarantees of social and medical care, state support of the sphere of employment; preservation and development of industrial and technological potential; programs in housing sector and housing construction; to development of small and medium business; development of tourist activity.
