The article analyzes transformation of the anti-Turkey project into a tool of oriental policy of the Moscow state during the reign of Vasily III and Ivan IV. The anti-Turkey coalition creation in the XVI century was a prototype of the New time political unions. The participation in an anti-Turkey coalition could significantly affect integration of the Moscow state into the European international community.
